Jonathan Careless

Jonathan Careless is an 8th generation Torontonian with a deep appreciation for his city. He finds aerial drone photography fascinating because it offers an unfamiliar perspective on familiar subjects. Looking straight down provides an angle rarely seen from a plane or a building. It is a view unique to a drone. Furthermore, drones operate in the in-between space. Much lower than a plane, yet higher than the window of a typical building. It’s a new way of seeing what’s always been around us.
