Robin Light

Robin lives and works in an inner-city neighborhood on the cusp of change. Inspired by her art-loving grandmothers, she works primarily in oils in a modernist style that recalls the influence of Canadian artists of the early 1900s.

She loves colour, shape, and expressive brushstrokes, and has a wonderful ability to find beauty in places that are often overlooked.
